Description:
This is a full-time position located in Colorado Springs, CO.
The individual is responsible for system project planning and
execution including proposal, engineering, procurement and fabrication
and reports to senior management. The primary management duties include:
- Providing multi-discipline team leadership and project definition
- Developing commercial and government project proposals for pollution control
- Preparing project costing including personnel and material resources
- Developing and executing accurate administrative control systems to ensure project daily work assignments and schedule milestones are met
- Resolving technical issues associated with system design, fabrication and testing
- Creating system and equipment design specifications
- Developing test verification plans to ensure subsystems and integrated units meet design specifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic engineer with a proven background in
all phases of project management. The preferred candidate will have:
- A Bachelor or Masters of Science degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 12 years relevant experience
- At least 5 years experience in budget preparation, administration, and project management in an engineering field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

| Senior Chemical/Mechanical Engineer |
Description:
This is a full-time, senior level position located in Colorado Springs, CO.
The individual is responsible for aiding Senior Principal Engineers in the
design, analysis and manufacture of advanced gas-liquid contactor systems
for pollution control. The primary engineering duties include:
- Design and analysis of structural, fluid (gas and liquid), thermal and mechanical systems
- Specifying, sizing and procuring process equipment and materials
- Device fabrication, integration, testing and troubleshooting
- Preparation and documentation of presentations, drawings, reports, operating procedures and test plans for company and customer distribution
- Supervising and training engineers and technicians
- Preparation of proposal and project management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic engineer with a proven background in
the design, fabrication and testing of gas-liquid contactor systems.
The preferred candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Science degree with 10 years experience or Masters of Science degree with 4 years experience in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- A demonstrated ability to use design (ex., SolidWorks) and simulation software for design and analysis of systems
- Prior experience in system development from design through fabrication, including unit scaling, integration, checkout and field operation
- Experience with project planning including budget and schedule management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

| Chemical/Mechanical Engineer |
Description:
This is a full-time, entry level position located in Colorado Springs, CO.
The individual is responsible for aiding senior engineers in the design
and manufacture of advanced gas-liquid contactor systems for pollution
control. The primary engineering duties include:
- Equipment specification, device fabrication, integration, testing (laboratory and field) and troubleshooting
- Remedial design calculations, preparation of plans, specifications, process flow diagram development and reporting (oral and written)
- Project data reduction, analysis, and presentation
- Design modeling (CAD)
- Proposal development support
- Development of operating procedures including startup, shutdown, normal operations, and commissioning.

| Solid State Laser Engineer |
|
Description:
This position will support the design, building, and testing of cryogenic diode
pumped solid state laser systems. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
working with scientists and mechanical engineers to develop conceptual and detailed
designs, evaluating design options using optical design tools, working with vendors
to obtain optical and electro-optical components, verifying quality of purchased
components, building and testing laser systems and subsystems, creating test procedures,
troubleshooting, and resolving laser performance issues, preparing and giving customer presentations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience with solid state diode pumped lasers, q-switched solid state lasers (Nd:Yag),
data collection software (LabVIEW), and optical design and analysis software (Zemax, MatLab, and GLAD).
Required qualifications include: Master's degree in Quantum Electronics, Optical Engineering,
Physics, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years solid state laser industry experience. Must be
a team player that works well with others. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Must be able to undergo a US government security investigation and obtain a security clearance
to access classified information. Annual salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
